A great product is also filling a genuine desire for our Creators. It needs to be used — Creators must be engaged. Great products are an experience which often includes human service. A great product has a sustainable future backed by a business model aligned to customer values. A truly great product is not a secret, its something the entire audience knows is available to them.
This inclusive view of product means the Product Team at Universe can't make a great product by ourselves. A great product requires thoughtful design, excellent engineering, powerful marketing, deliberate growth, and hospitable service.
